Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Marketing Executive – Demand Generation to act as the vital link between our marketing campaigns and our sales pipeline. This is not a passive role; it requires a proactive “hunter” who is comfortable on the phone, highly organized in Excel/Sheets, and capable of managing multiple priorities to support a fast-paced regional marketing team.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Outreach: Call and engage with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to qualify their needs and secure high-value meetings for the sales team.
- Event Audience Acquisition: Drive registrations and attendance for both internal executive events and major international exhibitions (e.g., GITEX, LEAP).
- Data Stewardship: Manage and clean lead databases using Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data formatting are essential).
- Sales-Marketing Liaison: Sync daily with sales teams to ensure a seamless hand-off of prospects and to align outreach with regional sales targets.
- Multi-Team Support: Assist the Content, Digital, and Channel Marketing teams with operational tasks, platform management, and campaign execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years in a B2B Marketing, Sales Development (SDR), or Lead Generation role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert level in Google Sheets/Excel. You must be comfortable handling large datasets and generating reports.
- Communication: Fluent in English (Verbal & Written). French is a strong plus. Must have a confident, professional phone manner suitable for C-level stakeholders.
- Location/Work Model: Based in Lebanon with a reliable home office setup. Must be comfortable with a Hybrid schedule.
- Soft Skills: High resilience, exceptional time management, and the ability to work independently under a remote-first management style.
- CRM Knowledge is a plus ( Odoo, Salesforce, Clickup)
